Job Summary:
The Picker is responsible for selecting and retrieving products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate and pick products according to order specifications.
- Use scanners or inventory systems to track picked items.
- Ensure items are correctly labeled and in good condition.
- Organize picked items for packing and shipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus.
